LIVING ROOM VISIT

To meet the needs of your family, the very first meeting – living room visit – starts from square one with our specially trained Registered Nurse Director of Nursing. We can get to know each other and share more about our company and what we do. Then we discuss care needs. Our RN conducts a comprehensive assessment from which to create a personalized plan of care to meet your loved one’s unique needs and preferences.
